How to Properly Reference a Tech Assist Ticket ID in an Email

When responding to a tech assist ticket via email, please reference the ticket ID in the correct format so that the response will append to the existing ticket.
The proper ticket ID format is [#AAA-000-00000]. Be sure to include the brackets and hashtag. You may reference the ticket ID in this format in either the email subject or in the body of the email.
